PRIVACY POLICY
Protection of personal data
The scope of personal data processed by EKOM S.C. Mariusz Bujak, Dariusz Stach: name and surname, company name, telephone number, address and e-mail address, which are used to identify the client. EKOM S.C. will not process personal data without the client’s consent. When processing personal data, we undertake to fully comply with generally accepted data protection principles. We ensure that strict security and confidentiality standards are applied when processing data.
Use of personal data
EKOM S.C. processes personal data for strictly defined and limited purposes, which we inform you about when collecting user data.
An example of collecting personal data by EKOM S.C. is the processing of documents sent by clients in order to prepare an individual offer. Another example is the collection of personal data during the recruitment process. Information provided to EKOM S.C. is used only for strictly defined purposes. Personal data obtained by EKOM S.C. is treated as confidential information.
EKOM S.C. stores client data in accordance with all appropriate legal or ethical rules for storing documentation, for as long as necessary to achieve individual purposes.

Right of access
Individuals have the right to access their personal data and update it or have the right to request its deletion. We will try to ensure that the personal data is up to date, accurate and complete. We will deal with requests from individuals immediately after receiving the notification.
Correcting personal data is free of charge, however, in the case of fulfilling other requests, EKOM S.C. may charge the client for their costs. The request to delete personal data is subject to all applicable legal or ethical obligations regarding the completion and retention of documentation imposed on EKOM S.C.
Security and confidentiality
In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data collected by EKOM S.C., we protect it at every stage of processing.
Access to personal data is reserved only for employees using this data, who adhere to high standards of confidentiality. An employee who violates the terms of the Privacy Policy will be appropriately punished. Although we cannot protect ourselves against the loss, misuse or change of data, we will try to prevent such unfortunate cases.
Anonymous data and “cookies”
Most of the information that EKOM S.C. collects from its website is anonymous information, such as information about the pages that the customer visits and what they are looking for. When visiting our websites, we do not collect any personal data of the customer.
Anonymous information may be processed by EKOM S.C. to improve the content of our website and to compile statistical data about people using our website for internal market research, using “Cookies” technology. A “cookie” is information sent to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s hard drive. “Cookies” cannot identify the user on their own. “Cookies” do not damage the computer. The browser can be set to notify the user of incoming cookies, then the user can decide whether to accept them or not.
